Welcome New Consultant, Jasmine!

A new week and another new starter, with Jasmine joining our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant!

We sat down with Jasmine to find out more about her ambitions now she has started her career in recruitment…

Why did you choose Triton Recruitment?

Having worked and studied in the beauty industry for a while, I thought it was time for a change and wanted to find a role with a strong progression route. Triton Recruitment stood out to me because of the 360 degree, in-house training programme which I am really excited to start.

What are you most looking forward to in this role?

I am looking forward to building relationships with candidates and clients and starting to earn commission so I can move out of my family home and become more independent.

What is your biggest strength in this role?

I think my biggest strength is my communication skills and friendly personality. My experience in beauty has equipped me well for this role as I am experienced in client care and problem solving.

What are your first impressions?

So far, everyone has been really friendly, and I have settled into the team well. I am looking forward to learning more about the recruitment industry and getting my first deal.
