We pride ourselves on building a culture of in-house progression and upskilling within our own team. Our new recruits are provided a 360 degrees training programme focused and specific to the sectors we recruit for. Each new starter is mentored by a senior consultant who will introduce them to clients so they can build a detailed understanding of their business as well as enabling them to generate new business. We then provide thorough HR and accounts training to complete the onboarding process.
